If you are sleeping 7 or less hours per night, feeling frustrated at night and exhausted during the day, these private sessions will help transform your sleep and your life. Scheduled at your convenience, we will dive into your sleep routines, your nighttime environment, and your lifestyle habits in order to develop improvements and resources that are custom-tailored to your best life. Accountability, support, education and coaching will transform your sleep and restore your sanity.

  • All sessions include one-on-one support arranged at your convenience.

  • Sessions take place on Zoom, including availability for evening sessions.

  • Practice, learn and receive support with strategies tailored for your lifestyle.

The Sound Sleep Private Program is four 60 minute sessions, spaced either one or two weeks apart.
